1. Phroni Terms
These Terms shall provide for terms and conditions of use concerning Phroni, which Studio Ousia Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) distributes and services to be provided through related websites and electronic mails and other means (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”). Only a person who has agreed to these Terms may receive the Services.
In addition, Phroni has a function of turning webpages into links and displaying contents of third parties. As for the use of services of third parties, please comply with the use terms of the respective party.
2. Application
These Terms shall be applied to any and all use of the Services by a user, and the user shall comply with these Terms when using the Services. Upon starting to use the Services, the user is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

9. Disclaimer
Even if any damage is inflicted on a user arising from the use or non-availability of the Services, the Company shall not be held responsible. The user uses the Services at his/her own discretion and responsibility.
